Our story
Built on the dock, not in a boardroom
PalletCove started the way most of our customers started — one person, one truck, and the belief that inventory retailers no longer wanted to hold could be graded honestly and resold to someone who knew what to do with it. The trucks are bigger now and the warehouse is louder, but the model has not changed.
We buy from retailer liquidation channels and secondary-market suppliers. Customer returns, overstock, shelf-pulls and closeouts come into our Houston, Texas facility, get counted against the manifest, sorted by category and condition, and then listed with the load type and grade stated up front.
Our buyers run bin stores, flea-market booths, online storefronts, discount retail shops and export operations. Some take a single pallet a month, some take multiple trailers. Both get the same phone number and the same plain description of what they are buying.
PalletCove Liquidation is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorised dealer for any retailer or brand named in our listings — those names describe where a load originated.

How buying works
From manifest to loading dock in four documented steps
A wholesale liquidation purchase should read like a freight contract, not a gamble. Here is exactly what happens after you choose a load.
1. Review the listing and lot summary
Every pallet and truckload states its load type, condition grade, pallet count and fixed price. Download the lot-summary (non-itemized) manifest from the product page before you commit.
2. Place your order and receive an invoice
Checkout records the order in your name and issues an invoice from PalletCove Liquidation LLC. Nothing is charged automatically, and free shipping is already included in the price.
3. Pay with a method shown at checkout
Card payments use a secure link from our processor; bank and app payments follow the instructions we send you. Valid resale certificates are reviewed and applied where your state allows.
4. We wrap and dispatch with a BOL
Handling takes 1–3 business days after payment clears, then 3–7 business days in transit, with a bill of lading and tracking issued on dispatch.

Written grading standard
Customer return, overstock, shelf-pull and salvage each have a defined meaning published on our listings and applied consistently by the sorting floor.
Documentation on every order
Itemised invoice, bill of lading, carrier and PRO number, plus manifests where the source supplies them.
Clear tax handling
Resale certificates are accepted for tax-exempt purchasing where your state allows it. Applicable sales tax depends on your shipping address and exemption eligibility; the final invoice is reviewed before payment.
Documented outbound freight
Freight is arranged with a bill of lading and tracking on every outbound shipment.
Responsible downstream recycling
Electronics that cannot be resold are routed to a recycling partner rather than resold as working units or landfilled.
Business-to-business selling
We sell to resellers and trade buyers. Accounts are verified before truckload purchasing so both sides know who they are dealing with.
