Payment Policy

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Credit and debit cards are our only accepted payment method.

Submitting checkout places an order request; it does not charge your card. After order review, we email a secure payment link for the reviewed invoice. Enter your card details only on the processor payment page. We do not collect card numbers on this website. Do not email card numbers, security codes or receipt screenshots.

Prices and invoices are in USD. Eligible standard freight is included. Applicable tax and any approved resale exemption depend on the shipping address and are reviewed before payment. An awaiting-payment invoice is not a paid receipt. Payment is confirmed through the card processor before the order moves into processing.

Handling takes 1–3 business days after confirmed payment, subject to the 2:00 PM Central cutoff Monday–Friday. Transit is estimated at 3–7 business days, for an estimated 4–10 business days total, excluding applicable holidays.

For declined, duplicate or disputed charges, contact us with your order number. Do not make a second payment until the earlier transaction is checked.
