The buying process
How It Works
From choosing a load to delivery at your dock — here is exactly how ordering, payment, shipping and returns work at PalletCove Liquidation.
Five steps
From listing to loading dock
No auctions, no hidden fees, no freight quotes — the price you see is the price you pay, shipping included.
1. Choose your load
Browse the shop by category, condition or buying format. Every listing shows its condition grade, pallet count and a downloadable lot-summary manifest so you know the mix before you buy.
2. Place your order
Check out online with your delivery address. We review every order and confirm availability in writing before any payment is taken — nothing is charged at checkout.
3. Pay by secure card link
After review, we email a secure payment link. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your card is charged by the payment processor only when you complete that link.
4. We ship free from Houston
Handling is 1–3 business days after payment clears (2 PM Central cutoff), then transit runs 3–7 business days. Freight is included in the listed price across the 48 contiguous states.
5. Returns on new merchandise
New-condition products qualify for 30-day returns and exchanges under our Refund Policy. Customer-return and mixed loads are sold as described in each listing.
The details
Ordering, payment and freight, in plain terms
PalletCove Liquidation LLC is a single-warehouse wholesaler at 4000 Telephone Rd Unit B11, Houston, TX 77087. Every pallet and truckload on this site is built, wrapped and dispatched from our own dock — we are not a marketplace of third-party sellers, and the inventory you see is the inventory we hold.
When you check out, your order is reviewed by our team before any money moves. We confirm the load is still available and email you a secure card payment link. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover; the card processor — never this website — confirms your payment.
Once payment clears, your load ships within 1–3 business days (orders after the 2 PM Central cutoff count from the next business day). Transit is typically 3–7 business days on standard LTL or full-trailer freight, and shipping is free throughout the 48 contiguous states.
New to liquidation? Start with the liquidation overview, compare pallet types, or read the pallet buying guide before you order.
Common questions
- Do I pay when I place the order?
- No. Checkout reserves your order for review. We confirm the load is available, then email a secure card payment link. Your card is charged only when you complete that link.
- Is shipping really free?
- Yes — freight is included in the listed price of every pallet and truckload delivered within the 48 contiguous states. There is nothing to quote and nothing added at checkout.
- How long does delivery take?
- Handling is 1–3 business days after payment clears, with a 2 PM Central cutoff. Transit is typically 3–7 business days depending on your state, so most orders arrive within 4–10 business days total.
- Can I see what's inside before buying?
- Every listing includes a downloadable lot-summary manifest describing the merchandise mix. Manifests are non-itemized summaries — exact contents vary by load, as stated in each listing.
- What is the return policy?
- New-condition products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days under our Refund Policy (buyer-paid return label, 15% restocking fee, refunds processed within 10 days). Customer-return, mixed and salvage loads are sold as described and are not eligible.
