Seller and scope
Sales through this website are made by PalletCove Liquidation LLC, based in Houston, Texas. These terms apply alongside our Shipping, Payment, Sales Tax, Refund & Returns, Warranty, Privacy and Cookie Policies. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
Wholesale purchases and responsible use
You must be at least 18 and authorized to make the purchase for yourself or the business you represent. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Do not use the website for fraud, unauthorized access or unlawful transactions. Retailer names identify original merchandise sources only; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the retailers named.
Orders, inventory and acceptance
Submitting an order is a purchase request, not confirmation of cleared payment. We review the order, inventory and payment method and confirm acceptance in writing. We may decline an unavailable load, an obvious listing error or an order we cannot verify. We will not substitute a materially different load or increase an accepted price without your agreement; if we cannot fulfill an accepted paid order, contact us for cancellation and refund.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices and invoices are in US dollars. Free shipping is included for eligible delivery as explained in the Shipping Policy. The checkout tax display and resale-certificate handling are explained in the Sales Tax Policy. Payment methods depend on the options currently enabled at checkout. Ordering does not automatically charge a card; payment instructions and verification follow the Payment Policy. Funds must be confirmed before the 1–3-business-day handling period begins, subject to the 2:00 PM Central cutoff Monday–Friday. No financing, net terms or fixed deposit schedule is promised unless separately agreed in writing.
Liquidation condition and non-itemized manifests
Listings describe the load category, condition, listed pallet quantity and price. Customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls, mixed lots and salvage have different risks; individual items may be incomplete, damaged, untested or non-working. “Overstock” does not promise that every unit is new or undamaged. Photos show representative loads. Contents of each pallet vary. Pallets are not individually tested. Contents are sold as described in the listing.
- Downloadable manifest PDFs are lot summaries, not itemized unit lists. All current loads are item-level unmanifested.
- Models, exact unit counts, accessories and functionality are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in the listing or written order agreement.
- No estimated retail value, working percentage, profit or resale outcome is promised for a lot.
Delivery and receiving responsibilities
Delivery estimates start after payment confirmation and the applicable 2:00 PM Central cutoff: 1–3 business days of handling plus 3–7 business days in transit, for an estimated 4–10 business days total. Handling and transit run Monday–Friday, excluding applicable holidays. Check delivery access and unloading arrangements for the specific load. Record visible discrepancies on the delivery receipt and report them within 48 hours; this does not shorten eligible new-product 30-day returns. A signed receipt does not override mandatory legal rights.
As-is sales, refunds and warranties
Products explicitly listed as new qualify for defective and non-defective returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery in the United States. Returns are by mail, with the customer responsible for the return label and shipping; the restocking fee is 15% of the product price and refund processing takes 10 days after the returned goods are received and checked. Mixed, used, customer-return and salvage loads are not classified as new and remain subject to the separate claims provisions in our Refund & Returns Policy. Manufacturer warranty eligibility must be confirmed with the manufacturer.
Resale safety and intellectual property
Before resale, inspect and test goods as appropriate and check recalls, restricted-product rules and required labeling. Do not describe returned, mixed or salvage merchandise as new without verifying the individual item. Our branding, site text and photographs may not be reused without permission; third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
Liability, delays and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and does not include indirect losses or lost resale profits. This does not exclude liability or remedies that law does not permit us to exclude. Events beyond our reasonable control may delay delivery; we will discuss affected orders rather than treat a delay as permission to retain payment for an unfulfilled order indefinitely. Texas law governs, subject to mandatory applicable law, and disputes are subject to the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas. Please contact us first to seek a resolution.
