No general item-functionality warranty
Current liquidation loads are sold as-is with the condition disclosed in the listing. Individual items may be untested, damaged, incomplete, previously used or non-functional. We do not offer a general repair, replacement or working-condition warranty for every unit. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed; non-waivable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Condition grades and realistic expectations
Customer returns may have been used or returned for faults. Shelf pulls can have handling or packaging wear. Overstock describes the inventory channel, not a guarantee of new condition for every item. Mixed loads contain varied conditions. Salvage may be suitable only for parts, repair or recycling. Read the actual listing rather than assuming a grade guarantees a working percentage.
Lot descriptions, photographs and manifests
Photos show representative loads. Contents of each pallet vary. Pallets are not individually tested. Contents are sold as described in the listing. Listing pallet quantity, load category and condition remain important parts of the order description. Downloadable manifests are non-itemized lot summaries; they do not certify models, exact unit counts, testing results, accessories or estimated retail value. We do not promise a resale margin or earnings.
Manufacturer coverage
A brand name or original-retailer label does not establish manufacturer warranty eligibility. A warranty may require a retail receipt, an authorized seller, registration or other conditions not satisfied by a liquidation purchase. Confirm eligibility directly with the manufacturer before relying on coverage or advertising it to your customers. We do not administer or extend manufacturer warranties unless expressly agreed in writing.
Issues that may qualify for a claim
As-is terms do not authorize delivery of a materially different load or fewer pallets than agreed. Report category, quantity, condition or transit discrepancies under the Refund & Returns Policy. A verified claim can lead to a correction, agreed credit or refund according to that policy; ordinary disclosed returns or salvage defects are not a functionality-warranty claim.
Inspection and documentation
Inspect deliveries promptly, record visible issues on the receipt and report delivery claims within 48 hours with the order number, photos and delivery documents. This does not shorten the 30-day defective or non-defective return and exchange window for products explicitly listed as new. That policy provides returns by mail, customer-paid return labels and shipping, a 15% product-price restocking fee and 10-day refund processing. Mixed and used loads follow separate claim provisions. Do not ship goods back without instructions.
Safe resale and customer handling
Inspect and test goods before resale as appropriate. Check recalls and restrictions, do not sell unsafe items, and accurately label condition. Damage caused by misuse, buyer repairs, improper storage or later transport is not a delivery-condition claim. These responsibilities do not limit remedies for a genuinely misdescribed original load.
