Sales Tax Policy

Applicable sales tax depends on your shipping address, the merchandise and our collection obligations. We do not use a nationwide flat rate or show tax as crossed out or covered by PalletCove. Automatic address-based tax calculation is not connected to this manual checkout. Our team reviews applicable tax and the final invoice before sending your card payment link; the displayed checkout amount is the merchandise and shipping subtotal, not a tax-inclusive final charge.

Buying for resale alone does not automatically establish an exemption. Send a valid, completed certificate for review before payment. We accept qualifying certificates where the delivery state allows them; submission alone does not mean approval.

• For Texas purchases, the appropriate Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate (Form 01-339) may apply.
• For other destinations, provide the certificate accepted by that state, including an SST certificate where applicable.
• Include the business name, relevant permit information, order reference and description of goods purchased for resale.

Email the certificate to our published sales address. Our team may request missing information or a corrected document before applying the exemption. Acceptance for one transaction does not guarantee acceptance in another jurisdiction; keep permit information current and notify us of changes.

Contact us before payment if your shipping address or exemption documents change. Any tax actually collected is included in approved refunds as required by applicable law.
