What a clearance lot is — and is not
Clearance lots are surplus units left over after a truckload is broken down: short counts, single appliances, damaged-packaging goods and shelf remainders.
How they are sold
- At a fixed asking price we quote to you in writing — there is no bidding and no buyer premium.
- With photos, quantity and a stated condition grade for that specific lot.
- Availability is confirmed for the particular lot before payment.
- Payable by Credit or Debit Card once you accept the quote.
What we do not do
- We do not run timed bidding, reserve prices or deposits.
- We do not sell sealed mystery boxes or unspecified surprise lots.
- We do not state resale values or promise any income from a lot.
- We do not list a lot on this page as a standing offer or fixed public price.

Televisions, audio and computing sold untested and as-is by the shelf. Cosmetic condition is described in the lot sheet.

How it works
Four steps from enquiry to collection
1. Ask for the current list
Call or email the desk and we add you to the clearance-lot list. There is no fee and no registration cost.
2. Review the lot sheet
You receive the available lots with photos, condition grade, quantity and the asking price in writing.
3. Confirm the lot and price
Nothing is charged until you accept a specific lot at a stated price. Prices are fixed, not bid-based.
4. Collect or ship
Pay by credit or debit card, then collect in Houston by appointment or take the freight option you prefer.
Collection and freight
Clearance lots ship on the same flat freight options as the rest of our inventory, or you can collect free of charge from our Houston dock by appointment. Lots are picked and wrapped in 1–3 business days after payment clears.

Important buyer disclosure
PalletCove Liquidation is an independent liquidation reseller. Retailer and brand names describe the original source of inventory only and imply no affiliation, authorisation or endorsement. Clearance lots are sold with their disclosed condition and no claim about resale performance. Quantities, prices and photos on a lot sheet apply to that lot only and change as stock clears. If a lot arrives short, mis-shipped or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the bill of lading. This does not shorten the 30-day defective and non-defective return and exchange window for products explicitly listed as new. Those returns are by mail with customer-paid labels and shipping, 15% product-price restocking and 10-day refund processing.
