How to read this page

Categories describe the mix, listings govern the sale

We group inventory into categories so you can find the kind of merchandise you resell. A category name tells you the general mix and the usual condition — it is not a promise about specific items, brands or sizes. The individual listing is the binding description: it states the load type, condition grade, pallet count, weight and whether a supplier manifest is included.

All liquidation merchandise is sold as-is, with no manufacturer or retailer warranty, and units are not function-tested. Where a load has no manifest, the listing says so and describes the category mix instead. We do not sell mystery boxes and we make no claims about resale income.

Shrink-wrapped mixed general merchandise liquidation pallet in a warehouse

Category

Mixed general merchandise pallets

The widest category spread we stock: household goods, kitchen items, toys, small electronics, décor and a long tail of everyday retail lines. These lots are made up of customer returns and overstock, so a single pallet can hold sealed units next to items that were opened and sent back. Buyers should plan their own sorting and testing. Pallets are not individually tested. Contents are sold as described in the listing.

Pallet of power tools and hardware boxes prepared for liquidation resale

Category

Tools and hardware pallets

Power tools, hand tools, hardware, fixtures, lighting and seasonal outdoor equipment. Boxes are heavier and unit counts are lower than general merchandise, so expect fewer pieces per pallet. Condition ranges from unopened overstock to returns that may be missing a battery, charger or accessory. Units are not function-tested before dispatch.

Home décor and seasonal retail goods stacked on a liquidation pallet

Category

Home and seasonal pallets

Home décor, kitchenware, storage, toys, beauty and light apparel, often clearing after a store reset or a season change. Packaging condition varies more than the goods themselves — a scuffed box is common on shelf-pull inventory. Volumes are steady and unit sizes are manageable for a single-pallet buyer.

Apparel and footwear liquidation pallet with folded clothing and shoe boxes

Category

Apparel, footwear and accessories pallets

Department-store style apparel, footwear, accessories, handbags, bedding and housewares. Sizes and styles are mixed and end-of-season product is common. Garments are sold as received: we do not launder, press or re-tag. Listings state the category mix and pallet count rather than promising specific brands or sizes.

Electronics and appliance boxes staged on pallets for liquidation freight

Category

Electronics and appliances pallets

Televisions, audio, computing, smart-home devices, small appliances and accessories. This is the category with the highest share of non-working units, because most electronics loads are customer returns. Nothing is function-tested, screens may be cracked and accessories may be missing. Only buy here if you can test, repair or part out units yourself.

Club-pack bulk household goods wrapped on a warehouse pallet

Category

Club-pack and bulk goods pallets

Multipacks, oversized household goods, patio, seasonal and pantry non-perishables. Fewer distinct items per pallet, larger unit sizes and generally cleaner packaging than a returns load. Pallets in this category are often taller and heavier, so check the stated dimensions before choosing a delivery option.

Health and beauty liquidation goods including skincare and personal care boxes

Category

Health and beauty (HBA) pallets

Cosmetics, skincare, personal care, over-the-counter items and household consumables. Packaging is small; check the individual listing for the recorded quantity. Dating matters in this category: where a lot is short-dated or contains expired stock, the listing says so. We do not repackage, relabel or alter any consumable product.

Before you buy

Four checks on every pallet purchase

These apply to every category on this page, without exception.

Read the listing, not the category name

Every listing states the load type, condition grade, pallet count and whether a manifest is included. Those details govern the sale — the category page is only a starting point.

Assume as-is condition

Liquidation merchandise carries no manufacturer or retailer warranty and is not function-tested. Some units in a returns pallet will not work, and pricing already reflects that.

Check quantities and dimensions

Piece counts, pallet counts and wrapped height are listed so you can plan unloading and storage. We do not guarantee specific items, brands or sizes inside a lot.

Pick a delivery option that fits your site

Shipping is free on every order. If you have no dock or forklift, the driver lowers each pallet to ground level for you at no charge.

Freight

Delivery options and timing

Freight is free on every order and included in the listed price. Handling is 1–3 business days after payment clears, before transit begins.

Delivery option	Rate	Typical transit
Free freight deliveryStandard freight is included for eligible addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Receiving access and unloading arrangements are confirmed for each load.	Free	3–7 business days

How buying works

From manifest to loading dock in four documented steps

A wholesale liquidation purchase should read like a freight contract, not a gamble. Here is exactly what happens after you choose a load.

1. Review the listing and lot summary

Every pallet and truckload states its load type, condition grade, pallet count and fixed price. Download the lot-summary (non-itemized) manifest from the product page before you commit.

2. Place your order and receive an invoice

Checkout records the order in your name and issues an invoice from PalletCove Liquidation LLC. Nothing is charged automatically, and free shipping is already included in the price.

3. Pay with a method shown at checkout

Card payments use a secure link from our processor; bank and app payments follow the instructions we send you. Valid resale certificates are reviewed and applied where your state allows.

4. We wrap and dispatch with a BOL

Handling takes 1–3 business days after payment clears, then 3–7 business days in transit, with a bill of lading and tracking issued on dispatch.

Questions

Pallet questions, answered directly

Do you sell pallets on behalf of the retailers you name?

No. PalletCove Liquidation LLC is an independent liquidation reseller. Retailer and brand names describe where inventory originally came from and imply no affiliation, authorisation, sponsorship or endorsement by those companies.

What is the difference between a manifested and an unmanifested pallet?

A manifested pallet ships with an itemized list of units and retail references. An unmanifested pallet is described by category, condition grade and pallet count only. All current PalletCove listings are unmanifested at the item level: each includes a downloadable lot-summary manifest stating load type, condition, pallet count and price, but not exact contents.

Are the retail values on a manifest guaranteed?

No estimated retail value is promised. Current manifests are non-itemized lot summaries, not retail valuations.

Do you sell mystery boxes or graded 'guaranteed working' loads?

No. We do not sell mystery boxes and we never describe a load as guaranteed working merchandise. Condition is stated as overstock, shelf-pulls, customer returns or salvage.

Can I buy a single pallet?

Yes. There is no minimum order beyond one pallet, and no licence or resale certificate is required to buy — though a valid resale certificate may exempt your order from sales tax where your state allows it.

Where does the freight ship from?

All loads dispatch from our warehouse at 4000 Telephone Rd Unit B11, Houston, TX 77087. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and offer free pickup at our dock by appointment.

Buyer protection

Built to be audited, not just advertised

Wholesale liquidation attracts imitators. These are the checks that let a professional reseller buy from us with confidence.

Every load is documented

Invoice, lot-summary manifest, condition grade and bill of lading are issued in writing under our Texas-formed entity — the paperwork your accountant and your state resale filings need.

Free shipping, tracked to your door

Outbound loads ship with a bill of lading, carrier name and tracking. Damage discovered at delivery is claimable when noted on the delivery receipt.

Payments stay verifiable

We invoice first and send payment instructions in writing from our company email, so you always know exactly who you are paying and why.
