The basics
A pallet is a single wrapped lot of retail merchandise on a standard 48" x 40" base, stacked up to roughly six feet. Piece counts vary widely by category and are stated on each listing. One pallet fits in a garage or a small unit, which makes it the practical way to test a category before committing to volume.
Loads arrive at our Houston, Texas warehouse, are counted against the supplier manifest and graded as overstock, shelf-pulls, customer returns or salvage. That grade, the pallet count and the manifest status are published on the listing before you buy.
The load type, condition grade, pallet count and delivery rate stated on your order. A representative confirms all of it with you before any payment is collected, and a bill of lading with tracking is issued on dispatch.
Specific items, brands or sizes inside a lot, and the working condition of individual units. Merchandise is sold as-is with no manufacturer or retailer warranty and is not function-tested. We publish no projections about resale income.
Step by step
Six stages, in the order they happen, with nothing collected from you before a representative confirms the order.
1. Choose a category you can sell
Start in merchandise you already understand. General merchandise gives variety and forgiving price points, tools give higher unit values, apparel needs a market, and electronics carry the most non-working units. Every category page states the usual condition mix.
2. Read the listing in full
The listing is the binding description: load type, condition grade, pallet count, weight and whether a supplier manifest is included. Where no manifest exists, the listing says so and describes the category mix instead.
3. Pick a delivery option
Shipping is free on every order, so the listed price is your total. With no dock or forklift, the driver lowers each pallet to ground level for you. Pickup at our Houston dock is also available by appointment.
4. Confirm with a representative, then pay
After you place the order a representative calls within about 30 minutes to confirm the load, the freight option and the final total. Payment instructions are issued at that point — never before your order is confirmed.
5. Handling and transit
Handling is 1–3 business days after payment clears. Your pallet is then wrapped, labelled and released to the carrier with a bill of lading and tracking on the delivery.
6. Inspect on arrival
Note any visible freight damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves and photograph the pallet as received. Shortage and freight-damage claims are handled under our refund and shipping policies within the stated window.
How buying works
A wholesale liquidation purchase should read like a freight contract, not a gamble. Here is exactly what happens after you choose a load.
Every pallet and truckload states its load type, condition grade, pallet count and fixed price. Download the lot-summary (non-itemized) manifest from the product page before you commit.
Checkout records the order in your name and issues an invoice from PalletCove Liquidation LLC. Nothing is charged automatically, and free shipping is already included in the price.
Card payments use a secure link from our processor; bank and app payments follow the instructions we send you. Valid resale certificates are reviewed and applied where your state allows.
Handling takes 1–3 business days after payment clears, then 3–7 business days in transit, with a bill of lading and tracking issued on dispatch.

Accepted payment
Before you commit
Straight guidance, with no promises attached.
Do not buy on retail value alone
No estimated retail value is promised for a lot. Compare the recorded category, condition and quantity rather than an assumed resale valuation.
Budget the freight with the pallet
The pallet price is the whole cost of the load, because free shipping is included. There is no delivery line to add before you decide.
Start with one pallet
A single pallet is the smallest order we sell and the sensible way to learn how long a category takes you to sort before you consider a trailer.
Have space and labour ready
Plan for roughly 40 square feet of clear floor and a few hours of sorting per pallet. Returns loads take considerably longer than overstock.
Questions
No. Anyone in the 48 contiguous United States can buy a single pallet. A valid resale certificate may exempt your order from sales tax where your state allows it, but it is not required to purchase.
No. Loads are counted and graded, but individual units are not function-tested. All merchandise is sold as-is with no manufacturer or retailer warranty.
Listing photographs are representative of the category and condition, not a guarantee of specific items. Where a supplier manifest is included, the manifest is the item reference for that load.
Shipping is free on every order and already included in the listed price. Pickup at our Houston warehouse is also available by appointment.
Products explicitly listed as new qualify for US returns and exchanges within 30 days. Mixed, used and returns loads follow separate claims provisions. See our Refund Policy for fees and eligibility.
No. PalletCove Liquidation LLC makes no claim, projection or promise about resale income. What a load returns depends on your market, your pricing and your own labour.
